VR house tour

This was made for a virtual house tour with free movement (Player would have a laptop-backpack for rendering and walk around freely).
Many elements are interactive: doors and drawers can be opened and closed, lights can be switched on and off, you can toggle the TV and the stove, pick up and manipulate small objects, etc...
Because of that interactivity, it was decided not to bake shadows, and instead use the "distance fields" method, which had just become available to UE4 users at the time.
